**DV TEES – TERMS & CONDITIONS** By approving artwork, placing an order, or making payment, the customer agrees to the following terms: Payment * Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice. * Orders may require a deposit before production begins. * Orders are not considered scheduled until any required deposit has been received. Artwork Approval * Customer approval of artwork confirms that all spelling, colors, sizing, placement, quantities, and design details are correct. * DV Tees is not responsible for errors approved by the customer after production begins. * Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays. Production Time * Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed. * Production begins after artwork approval, payment requirements are met, and all necessary garments or materials are available. * Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times. Color & Print Variations * Printed colors, embroidery thread colors, and garment colors may vary slightly from digital proofs or previous orders due to manufacturing tolerances, garment dye lots, monitor settings, and production processes. * Exact Pantone color matching is available only when specifically requested and may incur additional charges. Quantity Variance * Due to industry-standard production methods, orders may vary by up to **5%** over or under the quantity ordered. * Customers will be billed or credited based on the actual quantity produced. Garments Supplied by Customer * DV Tees is not responsible for damage, misprints, shrinkage, or defects on customer-supplied garments. * Replacement costs for customer-supplied items are limited to the value of the blank garment only and do not include decorating or consequential damages. Customer-Supplied Artwork * Customers represent that they own or have permission to reproduce all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs. * The customer agrees to indemnify and hold DV Tees harmless from any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from supplied artwork. Order Changes & Cancellations * Changes or cancellations requested after production has begun may result in charges for artwork, setup, labor, materials, garments, or completed work. * Custom products cannot be canceled once production is underway. Order Pickup & Storage * Finished orders should be picked up within **30 days** of notification. * Orders left beyond this period may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned as permitted by applicable law. Claims * Customers must inspect their order upon receipt. * Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or production issues must be reported within **7 days** of delivery or pickup. * No claims will be accepted after garments have been washed, altered, decorated further, or worn. Production Method * Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, **DV Tees reserves the right to determine the most appropriate decoration method** for each order, including but not limited to screen printing, DTF, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, or other suitable production methods. Limitation of Liability * DV Tees is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because each order is custom made, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless the order contains a manufacturing or production defect.

Delivery Policy

**Delivery Policy** Delivery method is selected by the customer when the order is placed. Available options are **In-Store Pickup** or **Shipping**. Shipping charges are additional and will be included on the invoice. Most orders will be shipped or ready for pick up within 10 business days of payment/deposit, however, this may change due to the size of the order or current workload. If shipping is requested after the original invoice has been issued, the applicable shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Orders will not be shipped until all outstanding balances, including shipping charges, have been paid in full. Once an order has been shipped, DV Tees is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
